Basic provides web links and thumbnail images in the standard PitchVault environment. Elite adds custom branding and the advanced presentation and proposal features listed above. Private Sale includes Elite features and is subscribed to individually by each trainer.
Basic includes 5 GB; Elite and Private Sale include 10 GB. Thumbnail images count toward storage. Elite and Private Sale also allow approved PDFs. Video and 360 content use supported external links. PowerPoint and other office files must be converted to PDF before uploading.
Recurring billing starts when you complete the monthly or yearly subscription checkout. PitchVault will issue the payment link after the agreed setup and approval process. Online subscriptions are not yet open.
Yes. Your Basic subscription remains active while we create the custom-branded Elite experience. A one-time upgrade setup fee of $250 CAD applies. The Elite subscription begins only after configuration, quality assurance and customer approval.
Contact PitchVault to arrange a change. We confirm the configuration, billing timing and any adjustment before changing your subscription. Self-service plan switching is not currently available.
Yes. Annual billing saves 10% compared with 12 monthly payments. Basic is $540/year; Elite is $1,080/year; Private Sale is $1,080/year per trainer. All amounts are CAD, plus applicable taxes.
